Event Participation
Nominees must be available on the event date.
Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the nominee unless mentioned

By applying, nominees allow organisers to use photos/videos for promotion, social media, and
marketing.
Live coverage and media presence may be part of the event.
